Marion Emily (Williams) Klein, 100, formerly of Bristol, passed away at Masonicare in Wallingford on August 31, 2016. She is now reunited with her loving husband, Raymond Klein.
Marion was born on August 27, 1916 in Dormansville, New York daughter to the late Alfred and Pauline (Bradner) Williams. She grew up in New York and worked as a clerk for the State of New York. She was a communicant of the Church of Saint Matthew in Forestville for many years.
Marion is survived by her daughter, Pauline Marietta and her husband, Richard, of Southington; her granddaughters, Monica Marietta, of Southington and Meredith Eisenberg and her husband, Todd, of Colchester; her grandson, Michael Marietta and his wife, Jennifer, of Wallingford; and four great- grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Marion’s life will be held on Saturday, September 3 at 10:30 AM at the Church of Saint Matthew, 120 Church Avenue, Forestville. Calling hours will be held a half hour prior to the service beginning at 10 AM. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad Street, Plainville is assisting the family with the arrangements.
