Carol (Lewkewich) Putnam, 63 of Southington passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at the HCC @ New Britain General. She was the wife of Richard Putnam.
She was born in Southington the daughter of John Lewkewich of Plantsville and the late Antoinette (Nemec) Lewkewich.
In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by a brother John and wife Judy Lewkewich and a sister Annette Lukasik all of Plantsville
